Due to the unique nature of each design and each piece being handmade we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
However, If there are any perceived defects, please contact us regarding this matter and we will thoroughly assess the issue.

**Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges**

**Requirements for Returns and Exchanges**

**Shipping Costs**
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipment costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe and secure delivery.

**Evidence of Delivery**
