At Aneeq Modest Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth and easy process.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 14 days from the date of receipt for returns or exchanges. If you decide that your item is not right for you, simply follow the steps outlined below to return or exchange it.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels still attached.
- Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure safe return.
- Timing: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Approval: We will respond to your request within 2 business days to approve your return or exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs

Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service to ensure your item arrives back to us safely.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at support@aneeqmodestwear.com or DM us on Instagram @aneeq_modestwear with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item (if applicable)
In the case of a faulty item, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge to you.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
