We offer reliable and fast delivery options to ensure you receive your items on time.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for UK mainland orders.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days for UK mainland orders.
  • International Delivery: Currently, we only offer delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of stock.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Free for UK orders
  • Express Delivery: £9.99 for faster delivery.

For international deliveries the rate will vary and prices will be shown at the time of checkout based on the weight and location of delivery.

Note: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery method you choose.

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

For customers purchasing digital products (e.g., e-books, printable items, or digital patterns):

  • After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email.
  • You can download the digital products immediately after payment is processed. The link will be active for 7 days.
  • If you encounter any issues with the download, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package directly on the courier’s website using the tracking information provided.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in either sending a replacement or processing a refund.
